Well having ridden ridden sports bikes and big cruisers all of my life, Old age and retirement have forced me to choose a lighter bike to get around on. I chose a CCM 664 R30 Heavily modified. To be honest, a snap purchase on Fleabay a few wekks ago :shy:

The bike is a CCM with a Suzuki engine as standard but the rear sub frame has been modded, a Honda tank installed with a Ducati 916 rear wheel, swinging arm set up. A one off exhaust system along with a new lighting cluster.

Hardley the bike for a 6 foot plus retired gentlemen but I am growing old disgracefully :goodgrief:

I live in South Wales and there are many bike meets going on, so hopefully I may see some off the CCM's about, if not on the CCM then on my Honda Rune.

Regards

Thanks for your replies and for making me welcome.

I would post some pictures but I do not know how.

The frame conversion was done by a specialist "Swift Nick" and the rest through a company "Shed built". To be honest it is quite a nice job and I know the guy sold it at a loss. Just need to tidy up the wiring and re route the brake lines and repair a leaky carb.

Can anyone tell me why 644 has for a twin carb set up? Surely a nice single flat slide would of been a better option. Easier to set up and maintain and no need for a TPS.
