Hi guys I'm going to remove the wheel bearings from my AJP hub equipped 604 off road wheels. As I cannot see a hole in the spacer between the bearings what is the trick for removing the first bearing. Cheers guys |

prize out oil seals on one side is a massive circlip, remove that i use a long narrow punch/drift/brass bar to tap the spacer tube to one side (on the bearings on the upside) then turn the wheel over use the punch/bar to tap the bearing out, as you can get on the bearing now i work in circles to tap it out hth |

Make sure the inner bearing on the gasgas connects inner race to inner race. Many have been destroyed. |

Repack new bearing with grease and put in freezer overnight to make fitting so much easier....the circlip is the hard part...if you dont have correct pliers its hard lol.... |
