Hi guys I'm going to remove the wheel bearings from my AJP hub equipped 604 off road wheels. As I cannot see a hole in the spacer between the bearings what is the trick for removing the first bearing. Cheers guys

prize out oil seals
on one side is a massive circlip, remove that
i use a long narrow punch/drift/brass bar to tap the spacer tube to one side (on the bearings on the upside)
then turn the wheel over
use the punch/bar to tap the bearing out, as you can get on the bearing now
i work in circles to tap it out
hth

Make sure the inner bearing on the gasgas connects inner race to inner race. Many have been destroyed.

Repack new bearing with grease and put in freezer overnight to make fitting so much easier....the circlip is the hard part...if you dont have correct pliers its hard lol....
