Anyone know if the standard Suzuki Freewind bash plate fits the R30?

Or has anyone got a bash plate for an R30 they want to sell?

May make them heavier, but cant see why hotter, they aint that heavy

They do have holes in the front for air to travel through, also the ccm is a cut out, so more ventilation :D

i have the one from my first bike that was stolen and also the one i got with my current bike . took it off to change the oil and never put it back on. im hoping to get bits added to it so its a wrap around one to protect the casings a little . i may try and get an ali one made by the fabricator guy that does our welding at work or even if i can get a sheet of Ti :worthy: and get one made . the fabricator guy has a huge bending machine. may even see if he will do a few if it turns out ok

he said he has not used Ti in welding but did say if i bought the tube and bends he would have a go at it . we have a customer that we do work for that has a exhaust tubing bender but its 2 inch and above as its car exhaust systems he makes them for and he said id be better buying the bends and getting them welded up.

i was thinking of an exhaust in Ti my self mmmmmmmmmmmmm Ti lol

i knew someone who used to gas weld Ti
he'd guillotine an offcut strip of it about 2mm wide and use that as the filler rod
really neat puddle welds
he made a basha for my XR6, but that was 16yrs ago :o
