Hi there My CCM SR40 runs the same talon rear hub and sprocket as the 644, at the moment all I can find are aluminium sprockets that fit. does any one know of a steel sprocket that will fit the talon rear hub??

I need a longer lasting sproket for my forth coming travels.

there on the 520 because i said it was for a 404ds .. you can choose the other models,
although im thinking if the 404 runs a 520 the SR does as well ... although .. that would be common sense and not the CCM way :)

the rotax ran the 520 also so the sprockets on that site related to ccm is all 520 . the 644 is not on the list . but handy for me as i have went for a 520 conversion lol

cant see the point of the 525 on our bikes really. i did go a 520 conversion on my kmx125 too. the standard was a 428 but i stretched a chain badly in its first day on . was not a cheap chain either . ended up going 520 via inchains

also the AFAM XHRC Hyper H duty ‘X’ ring chain might be a good move for this trip.

they really are a heavy duty piece of kit although the cost of them reflects this.
