Hi guys my scorpion as got a slight rattle to it when u tap it with your hand baffle is tight in there and all rivets seem tight could it need re packing? Any ideas cheers

Like my CCM I'm old, overweight and badly maintained but I can still surprise you by how fast I can move!!

Could be a small piece of carbon rattling around, although if all the packing was in place I wouldn't expect there to be any room for it to move.

Might be worth breaking it down, give it a good clean and a repack :D

When I repacked a Suzuki DR exhaust there was a few little chunks of carbon rattling around in the can.
