644 carb mod; what to do

hi lads can anyone tell me which pipes have to be blanked off when doing the carb mod on a 644 , am i rite in thinking its only two to blank off ive had a scan on here but cant find anything defo , if anyone has pictures that would be ace thanks for your help

Cant help with a pic, but there are 2 points to blank on the carbs, both on the right carb, you will have 2 rubber pipes, one goes to the top of carb on the white plastic cover, and the other is centre of the inlet manifold.

Remove pipes and blank either buying the proper blanks from suzuki, or cutting the rubber tube and fitting a bolt in the end

the solenoid under the carbs can be removed and the pipework hidden under the tank, tuck the plug and cable up out of the way

cheers lads for your help and rudi for the great pics , my 644 is on a 56 plate and must of been done at the factory as the top spout had been done so i only had to do the bottom one , the bike had only done 1800 miles and one owner and was totally standard , thanks again trev ps had a bastard with the inlet rubbers lol
