Hi guys I have a 644 everything done to it part from 710 big bore!! How the bloody hell do you power Wheeile one of these up of the throttle?? I've set rear shock to hard!! N played with front it seems as if front forks are soaking up the Wheelie it's got 13 48 sprockets on it ATM I can Wheeile any other bike but this thing not a chance don't like clutching it up tbh want to do it of the power? Any ideas? Do I need to play about with front forks more set them as hard as rear shock? Really piss""g me of now!! Cheers |

Mate your maybe pissing in the wind if your trying to lift off the throttle in say 3rd. My 710 will lift in 2nd off the throttle by shutting off and wacking it open on the bounce off the forks. I can clutch up it 3rd and tbh its really the way to do it, I dont understand why people do it off the throttle its way too violent, not to mention the wear to the drive train. Its just my opinion its really up to you, mind I never use the clutch on up changes so its natural to me to carry the front. Oh try sitting back abit that helps alot if your a heavy bugger like me, mind you cover the rear brake  Oh another thing Im not sure what the 644 is like out of corners but if I catch the torque wave mine lifts out of tight bends, thats kinda cool B) |

i have the 710 but no cam as yet, like wristy i can lift off the throttle in second, and again very easy to do coming off a roundabout or tight corner. the bike did NOT do this when i had the DS swing arm on. that being said i am not a wheelie freak as i can not do them and do not wish to see my bike skidding down the road just because i wanted to try :) |

the r30 wheelies easy enough in 1st and 2nd needs a roll off/on approach (im restricted too). to be honest i dont fancy coming off the back in 3rd gear |

Cant you even power wheelie in 1st? Iv busted my balls on the tank many times thinking i was in 2nd and getting hard on the throttle only for the front to come flying up! Mine used to power wheelie in 2nd with a bit of encouragement, wasnt that hard :P |

Cushtys advice was to sit back and bounce the forks. And practice. A lot. Then some more. He got the xr cos the ccm didnt like being on one wheel for a long time, somet to do with the oil, and he was on one wheel for just about most of the time. I wish i could do wheelies, i just bottle it, like a previous post says - i dont want to see the bike slide down the road, or squash me  :o |

Husaberg FS650 with shiny wheels and a slight oil leak Honda CRM 250 Mk3 now with supermoto wheels but need some spacers Honda CRM 250 Mk2 in need of a clean | |
