hi to all, does anyone know carb settings????

Its a 2000 636cc with a race can and k&n filter, pulls lovley of the twist through all gears but doesnt reach full revs in any, this is my first ccm and expected it to weelie the life out of me!!
Its on a 188 main which has helped a bit just wanted to know of needle hieght and float, do i need to change idle jet?
Any know how would be great. :dirtbike:

Your float level needs to be bang on 17mm (be ultra careful not to put pressure on the float needle when adjusting) ,have you had work done on the head or is it standard?

not sure about the head? bike is as i bought it apart from changing to k&n but was running on a ram air knackered foam thing and changing main to 188, cheers for info on float do you know what height needle should be, looks like 4 different heights?

Yeah 4 notches on the needle,I'd try it on all settings and see which is best as its an easy job,.Others with the 636 use varying set ups depending what state of tune their in. MotoCCM had his dyno'd and ended up with 188 and 47 pilot and reports success on a ported head.
