Hi folks,
Put this in the wrong place (welcome bit?) silly boy. Rotax 2002 R30 has end can
on which is not as restrictive as Std but not as "free flowing" as Remus race can
I am thinking of drilling airbox and fitting a K&N, bike is road only.
Anyone give me advice for carb set up needle position, idle jet, main jet etc?
all thoughts gratefully received!!
Thank you,
Mike F

Cuz will probably tell you more, But all I did was fit a 185 main jet, and open airbox, tho I did also fit R30 headers and exhaust,

Bit of a waste for offroad, all changed back to std now
If it aint sharp I can play with it

You may be ok with the 175 and raising the needle,I'd try it and see how it goes, pilot will stay on a 40. I once got told off the carbon can co man when I had one of his race cans to drop it to 175 if I put the db killer in,though I never tried it.
