Hi guys recently got a 644 supermoto. was running rich when i got it so i put the needles in the lowest position and done an oil change (dont think there was fuel in the oil but only 99%) then it was running better (not spitting out fuel from exhaust join) but still jerky at low rpm. tried to drive it to work and it cut out after 4 miles, pushed it home and an hour later it started!

can i remove the throttle positioning sensor and solenoid valve?

whats the recomended jetting for twin air filter, no airbox lid and pretty open can? :dirtbike:

Make sure the jet are not worn. I had the very same problem with a bike and the needle had worn the jets oval. It ran rich and choked up as the pulses from the intake made the needle move back and forth distorting the jet as its brass.
If your not on the edge, your taking up too much room

Think you mean the emusification tube not the jet, (not sure of spelling) Its the brass tube under the jet, jet should be fine as needle does not get that far down.

jetting for your set up should be 150 mains and 27.5 pilots, with the needle on second from bottom clip

Shoulders inside the tubes had worn oval and yes the jets too!! Shame Ive not got a pic for you, but the jets were worn too no doubts. This isnt a CCM im talking about Monty.
If your not on the edge, your taking up too much room

hi there mate what colour is your bike as a yellow ds past me on friday on harbour rd need to meet ? just a though the reg of your bike its noy ending ATV if so i sold thatmore than a year ago cheers
