Well the police have found my bike

53 miles away.

The guy was riding it drunk.
With a stolen number plate on.

Police cant say much
But he has fallen off it.

So will be needing tidying up again

Thanks every one for your help and sympathy

Shaun

not always good, when my last bike was hot wired the fuckers cut the wires flush with the iggy so i had to get a new one. not the end of the world but more expensive than leccy tape

usually cut the wires leading to the barrel and link whats required by twising them together

Well i finally got my bike back

Broken hand guards .... (replaced)
Broken mirrors.... (replaced)
Missing side stand ... (orderd)
Missing tax disc ... (orderd)
Ignition.... (repaired)

Problems
He has picked every sticker off the bike but scratched the panels doing so.
So im going to respray it in winter.

And the rev counter go straight to 9000 rpm when igntion is on . But bike ticks over and revs fine. I think i got the wires wet while washing the bike. Any ideas ?
