So are there any mods that you'd class as essential for a 644? Bike already has a race can on with a termigoni sticker but unsure if its genuine and thats it.

Hmmm air box mod, carb derestrict, re-jet, 710 kit, kent cam etc its up to you. You could strip off kit to lighten it even replace kit with carbon lol
If your not on the edge, your taking up too much room

Make sure your TPS is set up properly and that the gubbins have been removed.

Theyre both free.

Essential, specially if ya not used to a single... Clutch and Chain Adjustment... this may slove all your pull away and learching woes - the suzi lump doesnt really like dropping below 5000 rpm for smoth tractability....

and if ya hooning around town and down the lanes - dropping a tooth to a 14 at the front (£14) can transform the feeling of driveability, without feeling your caught between gears and needing to slip the cluctch etc...

Well I collect it tomorrow so will have a good look, seller describes it as "dynojet tuned", do dynojet do a kit? Any ideas what jets etc would be in it?

you should get a dyno read out with it, which should say what jets and items were done to get it where it is

Also if dyno tuned, it will have dyno jets which do not match the std jet, their numbering system is different

or it could be complete fabrication

Got it, and it has a dyno graph stating that it has a k&n and has been set up for the pipe and filter making bang on 45bhp at the wheel :D has standard pilots and a 144 main jet.
