this is kinda the same question,but dose anyone know if there are any knoberlys or daul terain tyres i can put on my r30,got maxxi goldspeed on at the mo,but is there anything a bit chunkyer that come in pairs...thanks people :D |

trelleborg army specails . although it would be two rears as they dont do a 17inch front lol distanzia tyres are another knobbly type one to look at |

if you don't like the Maxxis Goldspeed, i don't think the Distanzia would make much more difference, as both these only have 5mm tread. i've used both offroad, both fine unless you ride lots of mud/grass/hills wheras heidenau K60 has 13mm new, but as paul says you need two rears k60 120/90 - 17 M/C 68T TT k60 scout 150/70 B - 17 M/C 69T TL M+S http://www.reifenwerk-heidenau.de/modules/...point=2&rtyp=10 someone on the old site was running em good pics and impressions here http://www.adventurebikerider.com/forum/27...-k60-scout.html hth |

from my offroad experience, the front is more important if you can control the front, it doesn't matter how sideways the is, but it may not get you up a hill if the rear is slick if the rear is digging in and you have no control over the front, you'll crash :D |
