Hi, new to site - have a 644 R30 & it is a bit 'fluffy' at low revs - fine higher up the rev range & was wondering if the carbs need syncing?
Thanks.

Whats your setup ? Exhaust, Air filter, carb jets and needle position ? Have you removed the vaccum gubbins ?

To get the best from your bike

1/ remove the valve lift gubbins from the carbs

http://www.4shared.com/office/AFtE9jwo/Thr...e_Lift_Con.html

2/ check and set up the TPS on the carbs

http://www.4shared.com/office/87u9m2ns/TPS_Adjustment.html

read the write up in the how section, explains the pics better

3/ fit 150 main jets and 27.5 pilot jets, try the needle on the second from bottom clip, remove air box lid, fit race can or road legal can, ie quill evo 2

all in 3/ need to be done at same time, also make a cage for the foam filter as they collapse at high revs or spend more money on a K&N RC2600 (£40ish)

It will then go a lot better.
If it aint sharp I can play with it
