REBOUND damping-The rebound damping is adjusted using the rotary knob on the upper side of both fork uprights. there are approx 28 postions. if you turn the rotary adjustment knob clockwise to the furthest point, the damping will be at its max (hard). make sure the settings are the same on both fork uprights. 10 clicks back for hard setting 14 back for the stock setting 20 clicks back for soft setting COMPRESSION damping-Compression damping is obtained by adjusting the underside of both fork uprights using a screwdriver. There are approx 30 postions in total. If you turn the rotary knob clockwise to the furthest point the damping will be at its max (hardest). Make sure that the settings on both forks are the same. From the max position = 10 clicks back for hard setting 14 clicks back for stock setting 20 clicks back for soft setting Hope this helps somebody somewhere
