still deciding , but what ever goes on will be done by a professional as i would like it to last for the next ten years at least.

the engine is going to be stripped and checked, i know the seal behinde the sprocket needs replacing even if it did keep my chain lubed all year :shy: , i'm hoping to get some paint on it as well as it also looks a little rough.

well .. i thought is going to be a long job, just from the amount of wires i need to replace... what i didnt think was how fucking .....FUCKING difficult these super seal connectors are to set up ... i dont know if there is a technique or what, but im having a bloody nightmare.

i wouldnt mind .. but i dont even like sodding electrics!

weekend is nearly over and i think i'm half way ish through the wiring, had to order some new pins and got some spare connectors coming too.
ordered some more wire as i'm nearly through what i had in certain colours, and got some more heat shrink coming as well.

so i'm at a stop point for the time being and with Xmas i may not have some of the bits till after grrr.

so .. indicators have got complete new wires through out, and the more i look at the rest i keep thinking maybe i should have just made a new loom, still .. for now i'll carry on as is.

most of the front end has been rewired and connecterd up now, just the left hand switch gear connector to rewire and then join other bits too.
still need to check alot of the wires for damage to the sheaths, then i get to start on the rear end .. although not as many connectors to put on there, i do have a lot of rewiring to do ... <sighs>

front end so far:
