After cleaning I put back carb in place and is sticking to rear shock now :chin:
I tried unscrew clamps and screw up in different carb angles and all the time is back close to shock.
Engin: Rotax, carb: Dellorto PHM 40.
Do I need new intake rubber?

If you are running the twin air filter make sure it has gone through enough, the ribs can get caught and pull back on the carb.
If not order a new inlet rubber from Haines and co, I ordered a new one after mine split this year and they come up slightly shorter giving more clearance . :dirtbike:
keep the faith

the inlet rubbers do seem to get long as they age, so a new rubber may be the answer, As roadster says Haines sell them
If it aint sharp I can play with it

Thank you guys. Haines is too expensive for me cause I live in middle-east of Europe (30 GBP with shipping). I ordered in my country in online KTM parts shop (P/N: 58136044100). As I know that all KTM's LC4 620 and lot of 640 from '95 till '02 has Dellorto PHM 40 and PHM 38 with same inlet rubber. Costs me 15 GBP. Hope that will fit nice, firm and make any space between carb and shock.

Been running a piece of silicon auto hose on mine for more than a year, length cut to what size you want and works a treat. Carb can sit too far back if rubber is over tightened ive found

That's good suggestion Ant P, thank you. If rubber is over tightened isn't space to shock, but I'm worry of leak if it's light tighten. New, firm, KTM rubber is needed. I'm person who like to everything is sorted out as best as can, cause my CCM is my best friend and I need to trust him in any situation and any distance on the road :)
