Hi guys, because of the rather mild spell at the moment I have given the brisk plug a good run. Just to make things fair I first put a new ngk platinum plug in and took it for a spin just to get a good feel for how she runs.
Bungled in the brisk and I would have to say their claims are all true, easier starting, pulls cleaner off the bottom end ( bars waggle much easier ) , less backfiring on overrun and pulls like a train all the way to the redline and beyond, smoother to.
I would recommend this to any Rotax owner. :dirtbike:

Fitted one of these in my 636 today after an ngk, not been out for a blast yet but seems to run much smoother when first fired up compared to the ngk that I removed :dirtbike:

Like panda, I have put one in my 636 and it fires up and runs well but I also haven't taken it out for a spin yet. Always something else to do when the weather is half decent :(

Might be duff carb settings on my part, still getting it dialed. Looks to produce loads more sparks so should be better. Will give it a fighting chance after pumper is fitted

went out on mine yesterday, seems to pull much better now although at first it seemed to bog down a bit through the gears but after about 5 minutes or so of riding cleared itself and went really well, just wondered if it was like this as it as been stood for some time and not ridden for a while.

Panda, could have been stale fuel in the carb. Still if it's running alright now I wouldn't worry.

Had a run out yesterday and with the few bits I have done it not longer hunts when riding in traffic and ticks over better than ever.
Float height set to 17mm, mixture screw adjusted, more open silencer and Brisk plug.

Brisk fitted now carb settings are getting there and it makes a noticable difference. Thanks Roadster good find 😉
It feels smoother through whole rev range, def worth a go in rotax engined bikes
