Well I am riding the race bike a lot now, so much so i havent used the bike that was built to be it's replica before i got my hands on the race bike.

Owned by Myself, my neighbour, who bought it of his friend from new. The headwork, trick gold wheels, 636 conversion, skorpion and vm44 carb were all fitted to the new bike from the factory, it was a special order through the race team whom they knew from track days.

Full beringer cast iron disc and 4 pot caliper + radial m/c fitted.

It is reg from new as a 636. It had covered just 3000 miles when I got it, I fitted crash bungs, cnc bar clamps and vapour with head temp sensor.

Still less than 5000 on the bike

The bike is in very very clean condition, i slid off it once at low speed and scratched the tail pod.

very fast, not far off my race bike. This had the 865 cam which is better for daily use. Race bike has 860 which give more top end.

Oil changes every 3-500 miles from new with rock oil mineral.

I would say barely run in.

Not giving it away, I think you would struggle to find such a well kept example, engine and frame ect so very clean, not been used off road ever, seldom seen the wet.

Parts are very valuable on their own, given the price of bikes on ebay at the moment, 2000 odd pound isnt bad at all, standard bikes are going for 1600+.

I guess if it doesent sell i will hope it goes up in value for next year, they do seem to be harder to find in good condition.

It's a really nice bike, I should keep it really but the race bike is everything i wanted from a rotax.

Regarding swaps, I am only really selling because my van is fucked and i can't really afford to fix it, I am however looking for a zx10r or similar for euro tours and a bit of distance, call me mad for wanting a SS for that, but its what I want.

So cash preferred but let it be known i would bite your hand off for a nice 1000 SS.

You're not wrong stevo, I was lucky the wife had a bit of cash to borrow to get your carb, wish I'd known you were selling the ignition though, might've been able to squeeze a bit more out of her... Lol

It is truly as good as ccm rotax as you will find, all the best tuning parts you could ever hope for, on a bike that has had very little use and 100% known history and care.

Understandably the race bike is the keeper though because i put her all together and she is just a one off looking bike.

Yes it is, a PM to RB636 would be your best bet, although you may wait a few days for a reply...
I drink too much, I swear too much, I ride too fast and I crash too often.

It is a universal impossibility for me to leave my tools alone and my bikes standard. 'It must go faster!!'
