Andy´s always a great help! Did he tell you how to get the battery out? I got the saddle off .... but then there was no way to get the tray either up or down.

Yes he did. What a lovely fella, and some of his stock is amazing. I love it when old bikes have great stories to go with their history, and he has some great stories

Great! So do I just take out the two screws at the back and drop the tray? Or try and pull it upwards? Or take off the plastic bracket at the front? `Cos I´m buggered trying to extract the thing at the moment .... and don´t want to keep `phoning people to find out. The Flattracker is the ultimate summit of Clews´ endeaver to make things difficult. Experience with the 644 is aome help. But the Flattracker something entirely new.
