The seat on my 604(square back) is very deep and I am struggling to get on it, would any one tell me are all seats/saddles for CCM's (R30 Rotax or Suzuki etc) the same fittings and tank, frame and rear side panels the same profile? in other words direct swop/interchangeable.

Cheers

You could always cut the seat foam down with a hot knife... Or change how you mount the bike. If you use the footpeg as a step up, then swing your leg over, you may not struggle with the height so much.
I drink too much, I swear too much, I ride too fast and I crash too often.

It is a universal impossibility for me to leave my tools alone and my bikes standard. 'It must go faster!!'

Cheers for that Ian, that's what I wanted to know and I will now look for a reasonably priced seat on E-Bay etc. I'm 5'9" and had no problems with my R30 with pre load/sag set correctly but this seat is about 2" deeper in the dip(level from the back and just rising up at the snout/tank) so even with no pre load it is a bugger to get on even on level ground and after a fraught kicking session to get it going(still not sorted even with brand new carb) it is a right faff.
