never considered a 404 i was thinking of the 644 the tally for an engine rebuild for my rotax is £1100 done thoroughly and professionally |

for 1100 id probably sell the bike non running for 500 and buy a minter for 1500, still it's good to keep them alive i guess. |

me and Mat ride both 604 (636 fuck yeah) and 644, both bikes are very capable, the thing with buying another bike is you're taking a chance that nothing will go wrong, where as if you fix your engine you know it's going to last. |

Yep to the above, but when the horse breaks down you can cut the bugger up & eat it but the lighter your bike the easier it is off road...... |

just sold mine :D pretty solid really check swinger bearings in particular is the rack tight (needs welding on, bolts are shite) usual bike stuff for offroad like we/you do the 404 is miles ahead of 604,644 |
