16-43 maybe?? wouldnt take my word for that tho, i run 14-46 talon sprockets with a 118 link d.i.d chain at the moment, but i think the ds swinger is a different length than the r30? some one on here will know for definite

pretty sure the DR runs a 520 chain, your 644 runs a 525 , £30 for a kit would mean shit sprockets and shit chain to be honest.

standard sprockets for SM wheels is 15/43 , ring Talon and ask them for a kit as the do RK chains too which are pretty decent.
with the DS swing arm you "should" be looking at 118 links.

I set my air gap at 120mm, fill the forks up, then pump the fork to fill the valve, once the air stops bleeding to the surface, set the air gap, I use a tube attached to a syringe, the tube is clamped to the fork top and ends 120mm inside the fork, remove excess oil with the syringe, when it sucks air you have the correct level.

use 5w oil, if you want the forks stiffer try 100mm air gap.
If it aint sharp I can play with it

no, as it depends on whether the forks are stripped and cleaned and all oil removed, or its just tipped out and replaced.

usually just over 500ml so you still have to buy 2 ltrs
