Hi All, firsty thanks to all forum members for creating this site and its material- it's been a great source of info for a new 604E owner. I'm a seasoned road rider but got into trail bike riding about four years ago having purchased a Honda XL250S. This was a great bike but was a little underpowered so I progressed to an XT500. This turned into a full rebuild (still ongoing!) so I purchased an MT350 so I could keep out there. I really like the MT but again, could do with a bit more power, so eventually progressed to a CCM! So, there's a theme here- I seem to like overweight and underpowered trail bikes, but at least the Power-to-weight ratio of the CCM should be an improvement, even if my skills can't keep up!! My 604 came with both sets of wheels and I am more interested in getting it setup for B roads and green lane riding. The plan is to fit a set of MT43s (yes, I know, but they suit my riding) but what I am missing is the 260mm front disc for the trails wheels (see wanted ad). If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. Looking forward to life with a bigger Rotax! Best wishes, Ian |

Thanks Monty. Yes, I saw the Haines discs and was tempted, especially as they are of the original style, but was hoping to buy a second hand one as funds are a little low at present (something to do with having to replace every engine bearing on an XT500-expensive- and buying a CCM!). I've seen the ones that Racediscs sell which seem competitively priced but again would rather keep the original look. Is there anything else of similar dimensions that will fit or is the disc CCM specific? Sorry to sound tight, but as I mentioned, funds are pretty low at the moment. Cheers, Ian |

I am not sure, but the gas gas I think uses the same wheels or rather the rear sprockets are the same, you need the dimensions of the mounting holes , |
