it wouldnt be this year now due to rallying/ new job with less money / keeping a bike and car on the road. something has to give.

the zorst system also comes with a R&G crash protector

and the engine also comes with the standard carbs ... not those top spec Keihin CR33's in the photo

Hello
Would you sell the frame without the swing arm and subframe? have you got the log book for it? if so how much? Also interested in the engine, did you have it running with the skimmed head and cam on the original carbs?
Cheers Tom

Hello

Cheers Tom
the engine has not been ran since getting the cam reprofiled, all the cam does is move the power to a better place though, the skimming will give it a more powerful bang and the porting will help it breath.
it always ran well with the carbs as a 710, but it would need to go on a dyno anyway to set it up with out running a box, so i would not recommend just fitting it all together and hoping it will be right.

the frame, yes i have the log book in my name at my address... i will not split the frame and bits.
all that fresh powder coating you're looking at cost £210 alone.

here is what Maldon did:

2. Aluminium or alloy frames will be bead or aqua blasted this is less aggressive over blast cleaning and yet it still gives a first class key for the prime coat

3. Once the blast or bead cleaning stage is completed, the work visually checked over for damage as cracks, broken or poor welded joints.

4. Repair any corrosion damage by either using our Metfil manufactured especially for the use with powder coating, or carry our welding work for the worst areas of damage. This will be considered as further work and extra charges will be made to achieve a good prepared finish prior to the coating work.

5. The frame and other parts are placed into our Phosphating and wash plant for final and complete deep clean, the phosphate helps further to etch into the work and therefore will give a far longer life. This is an optional extra and an extra charge is made for this service, however this allows us to increase our warranty term to fifteen years. (Subject to terms & conditions)

6 .Masking off, all the threads and raceways making ready for the primer coats. (subject to chosen level)

7. Apply our self-healing epoxy polyester primer coat at an average of 50 microns per coat. (subject to chosen level)

8. Semi cured @130d cent.

9. Apply the colour coat of polyester powder and fully cure at 180d cent until both the primer & topcoat have fully bonded to the work. At this stage, we can apply either a further clear or special effect lacquer coats.

Fifteen-year warranty. (Platinum)
Includes-: Blast clean phosphate treatment, zinc primer & self healing barrier coat, top polyester colour coat & acrylic lacquer finish.

i didnt have the Lacquer finish as i wanted a satin look. because of this i got two coats of zinc primer and two coats of top colour coat.

not even CCM coated the frames like that, so mine is better than new, CCM though well they ask for :

1: MAIN FRAME S1-1010-AA £1,468.36
22: ASSY SUBFRAME S1-1045-AA £395.71
16: SWINGING ARM S1-1050-BA £586.81

How much are you selling the forks for just out of interest ?
£700 which is less than it cost me to get them like this
new WP forks from CCM are £433 for each leg.
so mine are less than new forks as well .. but mine are not only as new .. but with the diamond like coating they are better than new, as this coating is more slippery than chrome. so the forks work better.

ask cortinamini what they look like in real life, as i dont think the photo's do them justice.

just the forks left, this is the 3rd time of relisting.
the starting bid is £400 on ebay .. if anyone from here would like them that is your buy it now price.

once this listing has finished i am moving them to my loft and the price will go back up to a more sensible £700 and they will probably never be seen again.
