Hi all, just before I disappear into the hills for a blast tomorrow.

Pilot air screw adjustment ? 2.5 turns out from fully in ? I have just rebuilt the carbs after a good clean and totally over looked this :chin: and seeing that the last owner mucked everything else up  its best I check everything I suppose, or are they fixed/sealed/unmovable ?

Bloody love my 644 :flowers:

Generally they are 1 1/2 turns out, depending on state of tune.

best way is warm engine up then adjust each in turn.

screw in till engine starts to hunt
wind out till it starts to hunt but counting the turns, if 5 turns out from hunt to hunt set 2 1/2

repeat for other carb, then its set
If it aint sharp I can play with it
