you lot are great, fork seals done oil in thanks to those who posted but now how do i set them up .a screw a ither end of the leg plus me and my screw driver not a good ider .hgv fitter you see . im 6,4 and 15 stone and ride mostly like a loone poor bike ayy .is there a basic setting for road and a bit of green laning thanks stevo.

I tend to set up the forks in the centre of the adjustment, if 11 clicks set on 6, same on the rear, adjust one way or other a click at a time, till it feels like you want it seems to work for me |
