got my replacement chain slider and clutch cable from Haines, Clutch feels smooth as butter but needs adjjusting, its slipping the clutch :-( Anyways, Is there a guide for chain slider fitting?, does the rear wheel need to come off etc? Cheers Ross. |

it fits under the chain at the engine end, There should be one already there or may have a roller instead..or may be missing! You've bought the replacement strip that just screws on to the existing tensioner. The tensioner should be bolted on so as it's no to tight that it can't rock,use loctite on the thread. I ran mine for years bolted up tight and never noticed any difference in anything though. Probably best doing it the correct way though Ross You don't have to remove the wheel or the chain |

Back wheel dont need to come out mate just take off the aluminum piece n 2 small bolts hold the slider in place undo those fit your new slider n job done |
