I think one of the O rings head/barrel might be leaking noticed a little amout of oil over rear fins of the barrel ( stand side) and running down towards clutch cable rubber. Going to be replacing cam belt a bit sooner than planned as well as the O rings now.
If we take it as the cam belt, exhaust, carb are already removed whats the sequence for removing the head etc to get at the O rings
thanks in advance

remove engine mount on head

remove 4 head bolts

remove 2 bolts front and rear of barrel.

You may have to remove the starter motor and front engine bolt so engine can tip forward so the head will clear.

While you have all the cam belt and covers off, why not remove the clutch case and replace the sprag spring £5 http://www.apophisparts.co.uk/rotax.html, seeing as you are almost there

well worth the fiver, and piece of mind
If it aint sharp I can play with it
