ok, Had the rear shock serviced by derek, must say the difference is amazing!! he did say though that the rear spring may be a bit stiff for my weight (12 stone). currently i only have a little preload about 6mm but the back end is really bouncey, so i think it needs more rebound dialling in. but the rebound adjuster gets really stiff at about 8 or 9 and i struggle to get it to 11, is this normal. it is ok when not on the bike!! also can any one reccomend preload settings? are there id marks on the spring to know if i have got the right spring fitted? any help is most appreciated. craig |
