Well fellas always changing and improving the r30 heres my latest bit Universal fork aduster bling

Custom billet risers and SS hex bolts and I polished the bar clamps .


carbon look sprocket cover untill I get all my pro carbon bits I want :drool:

real carbon front frame cover to stop all that paint chips I touched it up cut a bitto the size then cut slots for cable ties

My Next DIY is im going to make a front carbon exhaust gaurde from scratch :o

I use wet and dry for the scratches then Autosol and a dremel

Bars are just the renthal fatbars matey

header suggestions plz fellas will it polish up I was thinking of black or charcoal heat wrap but would like it polished :chin:

forget the heat wrap for the header, its crap and doesnt last very long. yours will polish up :)

Ye Monty did a little bit on mine n it looked well ill be doing it all when I take the ccm of the road end of the month for a full strip down n powder coating the frame and polish my swinger again :sweat:

Like my CCM I'm old, overweight and badly maintained but I can still surprise you by how fast I can move!!

The yokes and headers along with the swinger will polish up nicely. Once you've banged the ends of your fingers enough times on the various fittings they become numb and it don't hurt any more. Oh and then the cramp sets in ! ^_^ lol

Motomark on the old site had the shiniest ccm I've ever seen. He told me he gave the header a quick wipe down with solvol ever time he returned from a trip out on the r30 and this kept the shine on it. If you skip the process for a day it'll soon return to dog shit brown though. Us lucky lads with the Rotax Scorpion system don't have this problem,they stay a nice polished silver/gold colour for ages :D
