well done Tony McKay ;) only 2 weekends spare til Brechfa

tbh i haven't rebuilt it :D just unbolted shit and refitted new shit, scratched my head alot, pished around with suspension etc
i haven't touched engine, frame etc, should have powder coated frame as its flaky/rusty (but the mud will hide it)

it actually rides well
i was faster than my mate on his TE250 in 2nd/3rd gear sloppy ruts
went up and down all the hills we went on and suspension seems to be good enough, just as well as i can hardly get the front wheel in the air
did a bit of forestry track and its good on that, so ideal for rallies

i didn't drop it and nothing fell off :)
misty and cold on the Welsh hills

That's because it's not a CCM ;)

Made some more progress today, new cam belt, tappets sorted, gave it a really good clean, fixed the gear lever that keeps coming loose (filed the slot out a bit and bolted it on tighter). fitted some new handlebar grips and fitted a home made guard to the swing arm as I discovered the side stand is wearing through the aluminium

And fitted my very cool, Kriega/Lyndon Poskitt Racing haul loop to the forks (ready for the Ryedale).
